Our work began with defining 
Bene-Care’s brand before strategizing the best way to communicate their offerings. They started life as a benefits company, adding over time features to fit their customers needs. These separate entities worked well, but there wasn’t a plan in place for how they worked together and how to talk about them.

The truest way to approach these divisions was the same way we focus our thoughts for most companies, from the viewpoint of their customers. The ‘Employee Journey’ threaded the needle, elevating and uniting the disparate elements. “We Go There With You” was created as a brand-line underpinning and encapsulating all that Bene-Care does, and communicating that their core value is aiding the customers and being lock step with them.
